One workspace
Tours, leads, quotations, bookings, invoices, receipts and reports in one place — instead of stitching spreadsheets together to see the whole business.
SafariPilot is the operating desk for African tour companies — one system for the tours you sell, the leads you work, the quotations and bookings you make, the invoices and receipts you issue, the suppliers and vehicles you run, and the money that ties them together.
Our mission
Operators here run their business on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and disconnected tools, while international competitors arrive with enterprise software. We built the system we could not buy.
A safari business is not one workflow. It is a permit desk, a sales desk, a costing sheet and a ledger that all have to agree with each other — and stitching those together by hand is what costs operators bookings.
SafariPilot is a project of In Motion Gorilla Safaris. Based in Kampala, we built one platform that carries a single record from first enquiry to final receipt, so a change to the dates or the party size follows the lead through quoting, invoicing and receipting without anything being re-typed.
We price from your contracts, not ours. You bring the rate cards and supplier costs; SafariPilot does the arithmetic and imposes no margin, markup or suggested selling price on your itineraries.
What we offer
The working parts of a tour business — sales, cost and money — built for operators who work their own leads.
Tours, leads, quotations, bookings, invoices, receipts and reports in one place — instead of stitching spreadsheets together to see the whole business.
Lead pipeline, customer records, agent emails, guides and vendor hires — the everyday tools of a safari business.
Attribute every expense to the lead it was spent on — permits, transport, guides, meals, vendor payments — so you know what each customer actually cost you.
Deposits and balances received by bank transfer, mobile money, card, PayPal or cash, against EFRIS or plain invoices for the same customer.
Business registration, identification and permits are reviewed before a company earns its verified badge.
A Kampala-based team for onboarding, questions and technical support — email support@safaripilot.com on working days.
What we stand for
The principles behind every decision we make — about the product and the market it serves.
Verified companies and honest numbers. We would rather tell you a limit you have reached than pad a marketing claim.
We promote travel that keeps revenue with local communities, protects wildlife, and leaves East Africa intact for the next generation.
We level the playing field for small and mid-sized operators, putting tools that used to be reserved for large companies within reach.
